"This branch has a quiet spot that I really like. The interior is pretty and cozy. I usually order the hibiscus tea hot, but this time I tried it iced—and it turns out it’s really good that way too! My husband ordered his usual signature drink; as long as it's sweet, he’s happy haha. We enjoyed the pastries, except for the toast—it was a bit hard. I also ordered a long black for my second cup, and they gave me milk even though I didn’t ask for it. Not a big deal, but just something to note. The staff were friendly and accommodating—great job!"

"I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service at this Starbucks branch was truly exemplary. I would especially like to give kudos to Shawn, thank you so much! When I accidentally spilled my drink, he immediately stepped in and kindly replaced it without hesitation. My pants were completely soaked, but his kindness and willingness to help really turned the situation around and made my day. It was an unexpected gesture that I truly appreciated. "A coffee shop around 10 minute's walk from Burnham Park. The place has some Starbucks merch on sale, and of course Starbucks coffee and food. The place looks good, there is free wifi and the restroom access is free even if you don't order. My main qualm is that the drink wait is too long. I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my name to be called on a simple macchiato."
